"Am I making enough milk?”

“Does my baby have a tongue tie?”

“Which bottle should we even use?”

“Is my baby ready for solids — and how do we start?”

“Why is my baby so fussy, refluxy, or never settled?”

If you’ve asked even one of these, you’re not alone.

Parents everywhere struggle with feeding — and most feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice.

With over 30 years of experience in feeding, swallowing, oral function, and developmental care,

I’ve helped thousands of families move from anxiety and exhaustion to clarity and confidence.

I bring together:

• Speech-language pathology (CCC-SLP) for oral motor, tongue tie, bottle feeding, solid foods, swallowing, communication and development.

• Bodywork (LMT, CST, myofascial) for tension, reflux, and regulation, mouth and body function, digestion, alignment, sleep and growth.

• Parent wellness coaching to support sleep, recovery, and confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be breastfeeding to get this help?

No — I help with all feeding: breast, bottle, pumping, and solids. If your baby isn’t feeding easily, I can help. Speciality feeders, NICU, developmental delay. Any questions with feeding during pregnancy and through age 5.

What if I think it’s a tongue tie?

You’re in the right place. Get a full functional assessment. This means clear understandings of what’s happening, how to support what’s now with custom treatments and guidance towards best decisions— including whether a release is needed and either way: what to do before, during and after.

What about solids?

Starting solids can feel confusing, especially if there are or have been any feeding differences or challenges. I help you know when your baby is ready, how to introduce foods safely, and how to support good oral development from the start. This isn’t a program to follow, it is a custom designed system starting at whatever point we begin to work together.

Why virtual first?

Virtual sessions mean faster access, no waiting lists, and the ability for me to see your baby’s real feeding environment at home. Many parents find this is actually the most effective way to start. Sometimes parents and I meet first online without seeing any feeding. How we start depends on what is going on for you. My goal is to help you make things easier, this includes deep understandings and clear practical paths forward.
